Today I want to talk about my plans for our affordable bathroom glow up. We are keeping all the big ticket items like the vanity, the tile, the toilet, but basically everything else is going to change. When we moved into this home almost four years ago, the plan ... My Philosophy Lately on Shopping + New Spring Arrivals I’m Excited to Wear
I really feel like the last few years my philosophy has changed in regards to shopping. I used to want a new outfit for every occasion. Cycling through my wardrobe pretty quickly. I was always wanting new, what's on trend, what my girlfriends were wearing, etc. But over the last five years I've really changed up how I shop. First off, postpartum I had a really hard time finding my style again because I felt like there were so many changes all at once. I become a mom, I was working from ... View the Post
What I’m Adding to my 3 Year Old’s Easter Basket
Here are some of my ideas I'm adding to my 3 year old's Easter basket this year. I'm a little behind, but Easter is late this year anyway! I've picked up a few things here and there. But I need to organize it all and figure out what I still need to get. My 3 year old loves the Easter bunny. I think she just likes getting gifts haha, but who doesn't right?! I like to add in some fun gifts to refresh some of our toys. But I also like to throw in some practical items like new swimsuits and sandals ... View the Post
My Spring Bath Refresh with Weezie Towels
I have been a huge fan of Weezie towels for a while now! The designs and embroidery options are just too cute. They have endless options to match any of your bathrooms and decor. And then they come out with seasonal items and it makes me want to try them even more. But the truth is, they are a luxury towel. And while I know they are worth it, they can be pricey. Well, Weezie asked me a few weeks ago if I wanted to try some of their towels and I couldn't have responded faster. It was an obvious ... View the Post
A Review of My Bamboo Shades from Lustrowin
Ever since we moved in, I knew I wanted to add bamboo shades to all of our windows. I just love the look of them and they bring a lot of warmth and texture into your space. You might remember, but back in November we had our custom bamboo shades installed in our play room/family room. I actually got them for my birthday haha. And they turned out better than I could imagine. You can see them in this reel here or in this post here. I knew eventually we would slowly add them to the rest ... View the Post
How I Added Affordable Pinch Pleat Drapes to My Living Room on a Budget
Ok I am so excited with how my drapes turned out in my living room. I honestly didn't think they would be this good. If you have ever priced out pinch pleat drapes then you know just how expensive they can be. The pleats add a more tailored look to your window and make them really crisp. I have other drapes in my home, but after installing these pinch pleat drapes, I don't think I will ever go back. They look so much better in my opinion. Anyway, the pleats require more fabric which means ... View the Post
