I am actually really excited for today’s post and I hope to turn this into a new series. I absolutely love trying new beauty and skincare products so I thought I would share once a month or every couple of months products that I’ve tried and loved. And even ones that I have tried that I hated because you might like them! This post has been in the works for a while and I got the idea back in April when Sephora had one of their sales. I stocked up and tried so many new products and I’m excited to share what I’ve liked…..and didn’t like. So let’s get to it! And I hope you enjoy this beauty haul as much as I have liked trying all of these products.

Too Faced Natural Nudes Lipstick (shade Stripe Search)
This has easily become one of my favorite lip products since I bought this back in April! And easily a new favorite from this beauty haul. They are called lipsticks, but I think of it more like a colored lip balm because they are so hydrating. I apply lip balm probably upwards of 10 times a day, seriously! I like a very hydrated lip at all times. And this is the only lipstick that I can use that gives me hydration as well as very pigmented color. These are really hard to find online (probably because they are that good!) so check your Sephora or Ulta store next time you are there. The colors can be a little intimidating at first, but once you put them on they all look beautiful. Shop this lipstick here.
Laneige Glow Makeup Serum
If you buy one thing from this whole beauty haul- let it be this! I have never been able to find a makeup primer that I like. I cannot stand that silky feeling of them when you put them on your skin. And most of them eventually make me break out. I’ve never been able to find anything I like until I tried this. It has amazing reviews and I see why. First off, how adorable is the bottle and packaging?! Very girly and very me. It sinks quickly into your skin, leaves this very glowy finish and really makes your makeup stay put all day long. I’ve noticed my foundation going on smoother. And it gives you this beautiful natural glow to your skin. I’m obsessed with this product! Shop the makeup primer here.
Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer (I’m shade Vanilla)
This is one of my favorite concealers and I have used it for years. It gives you a really good amount of coverage, but its not cakey. I like to use it under my eyes because I find its moisturizing and does a good job at covering up dark circles. Shop this concealer here.
Kiehl’s Powerful Wrinkle Reducing Eye Cream
I was really drawn to the name of this product! I will do anything to combat wrinkles! This was another re-purchase as I have used this item before in the past. I’m not one to be committed to any eye creams, but I always come back to this one. It’s nice and thick and really provides a lot of hydration around the delicate eye area. My eyes tend to get very dry so I am always on the hunt for a good thick cream, but isn’t over priced. Why are eye creams so outrageous?! Shop this eye cream here.
Tom Ford Lip Gloss (shade Aura)
*Note- this isn’t the shade I tried in the image. I couldn’t get the correct one to show. Aura is a pretty nude color.
This is just absurd to spend this much on a lip gloss! But I have to admit I was intrigued and I always hear the best things about this makeup line. And I haven’t tried anything until I bought this lipstick….because its all crazy expensive! I will say it is a really nice gloss. It is a very high shine gloss that makes your lips feel very juicy and big. You get a ton of product so I guess you get what you are paying for. And the packaging is just to die for. The coolest thing is the applicator bends as you glide it over your lips. I’ve never seen an applicator like this before so I’m sure that is why the price is so high. It will go on sale again during the Sephora beauty event FYI. Shop this lip gloss here.
Kiehl’s Lip Balm
This is my all time favorite lip balm that I have been using for years and years. It is so hydrating and makes your lips so soft! I have about 5 of these on hand at all times and keep them everywhere- my purses, at work and in my makeup bag. Seriously the best! Shop this lip balm here.
T3 Curling Iron
I really needed a big girl curling iron and I’ve had my eye on this one for a while now and decided to finally pull the trigger. Not only is it really pretty (white and rose gold-swoon!), but it really works. I get the perfect curl and they last all day. What more could you ask for?! Shop the curling iron here.
Farmacy Honeymoon Glow Resurfacing Night Serum
I’ve really been interested in adding a serum to my nighttime routine to help resurface my skin overnight and also help to exfoliate. I have sensitive skin and I had heard nothing but great reviews on this serum, so I decided to try it and have fallen in love. I use this at night after I wash my face, but before I moisturize. And the next morning I wake up with absolutely glowing skin! I guess that’s where the name comes from! I’ve never broken out by this either by the way if you have sensitive skin like myself. I’ve worked my way up to using this twice a week so I suggest by starting out slow. Shop this serum here.

Farmacy Makeup Removing Cleansing Balm
I really wanted to love this makeup removing balm, but sadly its just not right for my skin. I’ve been on the hunt for a makeup remover to use at night before I cleanse. It feels wonderful to use an oil cleanser or a balm to really massage the makeup off your skin before you cleanse. So I must say this felt wonderful on my skin and really took all the makeup off. My face was squeaky clean after using this product. Sadly, my skin didn’t like this and started breaking out pretty badly after using it for a couple of days. I think in the end, it was just too moisturizing for me. But please try it if you don’t have sensitive skin like me- its a wonderful product and a great brand. Shop the makeup removing balm here.
Drunk Elephant Sunshine Drops
Another product that I really wanted to love and I’m still teetering on giving this another shot. The day I first tried these bronzing sunshine drops I was blown away! They give you this very natural and beautiful tint to your skin. I have very light skin so finding something that isn’t too dark or makes you look orange can be hard. These were a perfect match for my skin tone. Sadly, I did notice some breakouts after using so I was super disappointed. I really need to try them again as maybe it was just a fluke? Shop these bronzing sunshine drops here.
Ok so that’s it for this months beauty haul. I hope you enjoyed and found some new products to add to your list to try out!
