Happy Monday! It’s kind of crazy that we are wrapping up 2020 already. I mean where did the year go?! Today I wanted to give you some ideas for stocking stuffers. In my eyes a stocking stuffer gift is something small (it has to fit inside the actual stocking) and on the cheaper end. So I kept all of my stocking stuffers gift ideas to under $25.
I don’t really remember what my mom use to put in mine as a kid, but as I got older I always got beauty products which are my fav and cash (the best!). I asked Kurt what he used to get in his stocking and he said it was always socks haha. He comes from a family of three boys so I can imagine by Christmas time all of their socks where mismatched and had holes in them lol. Or just missing in general. Anyway, here are some cute stocking stuffers ideas!
Gift Guide for Stocking Stuffers
Eye Mask– I have been wanting to try these. I’ve actually never tried an eye mask before and I know Tula is a brand that I trust so I bet these are good. I love their sunscreen so much that I wrote an entire blog post on it here. It has completely changed my skin this year (for the better). I have to imagine this eye mask is just as good. Anything to help reduce wrinkles, right?!
Eyeshadow Palette– I have and use this eyeshadow palette. The colors are really pigmented and actually stay put all day long. There is a lot of fall out when you apply, so just make sure you tap off the excess before you apply to your eyelid. The colors are also the perfect neutrals. Perfect for day time or you can even make it more dramatic for a nighttime look.
Lip Balm– This is a must have and easily one of my favorite products! I slather this on my lips at night and wake up with the softest lips ever. I’m serious! It says to use at night, but since it is getting cold and dry outside, I have been using it during the day too. It also lasts a really long time- the jar is a lot deeper than you think. Perfect stocking stuffers gift!
Mini Shampoo & Mini Conditioner– This is the shampoo and conditioner that I have been using and love it. It helps to prevent damage to your hair which is key if you are trying to grow yours out like I am. I love the mini version of these because you can try it out. Or this is the perfect size for travel. Quick tip- I just refill these bottles for travel instead of buying new ones. It’s cheaper and reduces waste.
Razor– This is probably the best razor I have tried. It’s kind of crazy to get so excited about a razor, but its that good. The shave is so smooth. And I am not always the best about being careful when I shave. I usually end up with some cuts especially if I just changed the blade. But with this one, I never get any! And it is only $9!!! That is about half the price of any razor you are going to buy at the drug store. And it works so much better. Highly recommend this.
Socks– Well, I had to include some socks since this is tradition haha! These look extra cozy.
Candle– Nest makes the best smelling candles. They smell up the whole room without even being lit.
Underwear– This is my favorite underwear brand. I’ve been wearing them for years. They come in a ton of different colors and also come rolled up so they fit perfectly in any stocking.
Gift Card Holder– I think these holders are a cute idea if you want to add cash to the stocking. Or you can actually buy gift cards. I always thought it was a cute idea to get, say, a $10 gift card to Chipotle, Starbucks, Panera, etc. This is an especially cute idea for any high school or college student who is always hungry lol.
Hand Lotion– I have been using the body lotion by this brand for some time now and really want to try the hand lotion next. We could all use something good for our poor dry, cracked, hand sanitized hands as we head into the colder months.
Dry Shampoo– This is my favorite dry shampoo and it smells amazing. These smaller bottles are great for travel or if you just want to try something out.
Hand Sanitizer– This stocking stuffers gift is the one I am most excited about! Over the summer, I received a sample of the body lotion from this brand. I used it for the first time while we were at my parents house. And the second I came out of the bathroom, my mom was oooing over how wonderful I smelled and immediately ordered the lotion. Well, they have now come out with a hand sanitizer! This scent smells like a beach vacation which we can all use right about now. And if you haven’t used a spray sanitizer yet, they are wonderful and so much easier. My mom just ordered me one of these so I will be sure to share once I get it.
Nail Files– I have been doing my nails at home, so how cute are these nail files?!
Hair Ties– These are the best hair ties ever! They are silk so they do not damage your hair. And the best part is that they do not leave any creases either. They also add a little extra oomph to your ponytail. I’ve been wearing mine non stop since I got them. They also come in this really cute ornament packaging for Christmas.
