Are you ready to officially kick off the holiday season?! I still can’t get over how fast this year has gone. I’m determined this year to get ahead of my holiday shopping. I always wait until the last second to buy gifts, which is so unlike me! But even when I say I’m not going to do it, I do haha. But this year (and every year) I vow to be different. High on my shopping list is gifts for toddler girls because I want to get Sloane out of the way!
Here are some ideas I have for her. She will be almost 17 months at Christmas this year. And while I know she will still have no idea what is going on- we are excited to celebrate with her this year!
Music Box | Fidget Popper | Play Kitchen | Push Car | Crinkle Tissue Box | Play Food | Chair | Cup & Straw | Book | Basketball Hoop
…
I already ordered Sloane this play kitchen and this chair. She might be a little young for the play kitchen, but I know it is something she will have for years to come. And she loves to grab a blankie and cozy up, so I do think she is going to love a chair that is her size that she can cozy up in!
I also plan to order her this book. She is really into interactive books right now that you can touch and I’ve heard great things about this line. I think she would absolutely adore this push car. She has one she can ride on and we can’t get her off it! I think she would really like this one for our walks we go on.
If you haven’t heard about this music box yet, I highly suggest it. I probably won’t get it for her this year, but eventually I will! Kids of all ages really enjoy it. There are different characters you can purchase to switch out on top and they all sing different songs or tell different stories. It’s a great ‘no screen’ activity for them to do.
I think she would have so much fun with this toy! She loves taking things out and putting them back so I think she would really enjoy it. And I plan to stick this in her stocking. We make a smoothie every morning and she loves taking sips of ours. So she needs her own cup to drink it out of!
This toy is interactive and is a great way to help them learn their numbers and colors. And can’t forget some food to go with the play kitchen! And if you are looking for a bigger gift that is relatively inexpensive, check out this basketball hoop. It’s only $35!
