Side Cart | Lamp | Book | Book | Basket | Rug
…
I wanted to share my simple yet very functional entryway today. And give you my Serena & Lily South Seas Side Cart Review because I actually really love this little cart! I originally bought this cart back when we lived in Chicago and at the time we used it to store our printer next to Kurt’s desk. The great thing about this piece of furniture is that is is really functional. And can be used in many different ways which is initially what I loved about this piece. Last year when we moved into our home, the South Seas Side Cart fit perfectly in this little nook. We use it to store our keys, odd items, my purse is usually here etc. I ended up ordering this basket to house loose items at the bottom. Kurt would throw things on the bottom and I hated how unorganized it looked, so a basket was the perfect addition. And then I added this adorable lamp, which gives off the perfect amount of light. I couldn’t be happier with how this little area turned out!
Serena & Lily South Seas Side Cart Review
Pros
- Comes in two different sizes so it can fit any space. Here is the larger size and it also comes in black in both sizes.
- Very well made. I’ve owned this for over two years and all rattan pieces are still in tact even after moving it to a different state.
- Can be used in multiples ways- as an entryway table, bar cart in your dining room, side table next to your bed, side table next to your couch, etc. The options are endless!
- Super easy to clean! And you can’t really tell when it is dusty which is a plus in my book. I just take a cloth and swipe it across a few times and it comes clean really easily.
- Very unique piece. I think it’s one of a kind type of furniture that you don’t see a lot which makes it really unique.
Cons
- On the more expensive side. But Serena & Lily does offer discounts a lot so be sure to wait for a sale to order it!
- The wheels make me a little nervous especially on our newly redone floors. But it has been sitting in the same spot for a year now and there is no damage to the floors. With that being said, I think the wheels add a really cool touch to the piece make it that much more unique.
Hope you enjoyed this Serena & Lily South Seas Side Cart Review, I can’t recommend it enough! My entryway wouldn’t be the same without it.
